Coming Down the Stretch

The Boston Bruins have found their groove and have started to roll recently. Winners of 5 straight, the Bruins again they find themselves rolling going into a game against the Montreal Canadians.

With their sweep of the Sunshine State the Bruins have all but secured their position atop the newly formed Atlantic Division. Now they are looking to secure the top spot in the Conference.  Playing physically has always been a staple of the Bruins and they have really begun to turn it on as of late as evidenced by the Johnny Boychuk play above. I couldn’t be happier with their play of late.

All of that said, I am already preparing myself to be disappointed tomorrow night and further down the schedule as well. Why you may ask? Because I am on the verge of giving up on this team whenever they play Montreal. It has been 14 months since the Bruins have won against the Canadians and it is getting downright frustrating. These games do not hold to trends and I don’t expect these will either. Let’s hope I’m wrong. Lets go Bs!
